Joint Restoration: Treating Osteoarthritis Without Joint Replacement
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint change caused by cartilage wear, insufficient synovial fluid production and chronic inflammation. Our program restores range of motion, relieves pain, and in many cases helps patients avoid joint replacement.
Who the program is for
The program is designed for patients with osteoarthritis of large joints — primarily the knee and hip — grades 1–3, and in selected cases transitional grade 3–4 confirmed by MRI.
Exclusion criterion: ankylosis (complete fusion of joint surfaces) — regenerative techniques are no longer effective in this situation, and we are honest about it.
How the treatment works
We use regenerative medicine methods aimed at restoring joint cartilage, normalizing synovial fluid production and reducing chronic inflammation. The program is combined with metabolic correction and, if needed, weight loss — this reduces joint load and helps sustain the result.
Expected result
Based on the clinic's experience, a 60–70% improvement is seen by day 4–5 of the program, rising to 70–80% within 1–2 months: greater range of motion, less pain and stiffness, better gait and exercise tolerance. The effect lasts at least a year when recommendations are followed. For many patients, this means being able to postpone or completely avoid joint replacement surgery.
