Our consultation is not "15 minutes with a doctor" — it's a two-stage expert review: an in-depth study of your case and a well-founded treatment decision. It's not time-limited, and its price is fixed and transparent.

Two stages of the consultation

Stage 1 — study. The doctor takes a detailed history and analyzes all available examination results. Any missing tests are completed following our list, where you live — we don't profit from diagnostics and are ready to work with what you already have.

Stage 2 — decision. You receive a diagnosis, an independent review of previously prescribed treatment, and a concrete plan: methods, technologies, stages and realistic expectations. The treatment decision can be made remotely; you come to the clinic in Kyiv for the procedures.

Our guarantees

We guarantee depth of case review, independence of the assessment, confidentiality and honesty: if we cannot help, or could cause harm, we say so directly — about 25–30% of applicants are declined at the initial examination stage. Online consultation is available to patients anywhere in the world; the price is UAH 2,000 for 30 minutes, and an extended review is priced by scope of work, fixed before it begins.

Why is the consultation paid if it's "just a conversation"?▾

You're not paying for a conversation — you're paying for an expert review: hours of the doctor's work with your records, tests and medical history, before and after the visit. It's impossible to untangle the cause-and-effect chain of your complaints in 15 minutes — that's why we work differently.

What should I prepare for the consultation?▾

All available discharge summaries, test and examination results from recent years, and a list of medications you're taking. The fuller the picture, the more accurate the assessment; the doctor will order anything missing.

Can I have the consultation anonymously?▾

Yes. We guarantee confidentiality and, on request, complete anonymity.

What happens after the consultation?▾

You receive a written conclusion: diagnosis, an assessment of your current treatment, and a plan of further action. You decide for yourself whether to proceed with treatment at the clinic — with no pressure to purchase services.
