Diabetes and Obesity: Compensation Without Lifelong Dose Escalation

The goal of our program is not to "hold blood sugar down with pills" but to normalize the body's own glucose-lowering mechanisms, compensate diabetes, and prevent its complications — vascular, neurological, ophthalmological, hormonal and sexual.

Approach for type 1 and type 2 diabetes

For type 1 diabetes, we test for specific antibodies attacking the pancreas and, if needed, prepare an individual autovaccine designed to stop the autoimmune attack on beta cells.

For type 2 diabetes, the program targets insulin resistance and body weight. Once carbohydrate metabolism is stabilized, we restore structures damaged by diabetes using regenerative medicine.

Expected effect

Why it matters

Uncontrolled diabetes is the leading cause of non-traumatic amputations, blindness and dialysis. Preventing and treating complications essentially means preventing disability and premature death. The program is built individually: the examination stage can be done where the patient lives; treatment takes place at the clinic.

Questions & Answers

Are you promising to "cure diabetes"?
No. We talk about compensating diabetes, restoring your own glucose-regulation mechanisms, and reducing medication load. Any change in insulin or glucose-lowering drug doses is made only under medical supervision, based on glucose readings.
Does the program work for type 1 diabetes?
Yes. For type 1, the focus is on stopping the autoimmune attack (including individual autovaccines where indicated) and protecting remaining beta cells. The decision is made after testing for specific antibodies.
What about complications that have already developed?
Diabetic damage to blood vessels, nerves and the retina is a separate part of the program: we use regenerative medicine methods aimed at restoring damaged structures. The achievable degree of improvement is assessed during the expert review.
Will I need a strict diet?
The weight-loss program is designed to avoid "willpower feats": correcting metabolism reduces pathological appetite, and weight loss becomes physiological — averaging about 5 kg per month.
