Laser technology can restore vaginal tone and moisture, and address stress urinary incontinence, without surgery — issues women more often keep silent about than discuss.

How the laser works

Controlled laser exposure stimulates neocollagenesis — the production of new collagen and elastin in the vaginal wall. Tissue becomes firmer, tone is restored, and blood flow and moisture improve. The procedure takes about 30 minutes, requires no anesthesia and no recovery time — you can return to normal activities the same day.

Vaginal rejuvenation

Indications: reduced vaginal wall tone after childbirth, dryness and discomfort during intimacy, age-related atrophic changes, including menopause. A typical course consists of 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart; the effect builds over 2–3 months as new collagen forms.

Treating stress urinary incontinence

For mild to moderate stress incontinence (leaking with coughing, laughing, or physical exertion), laser strengthening of the anterior vaginal wall and urethro-vesical area provides marked improvement without sling surgery. The type and degree of incontinence are clarified at the consultation — this determines the expected result.

Questions & Answers

Does it hurt? Is anesthesia needed?
No. The procedure feels warm; anesthesia is usually unnecessary. No hospitalization is required.
How many sessions are needed?
A standard course is 2–3 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart, with optional maintenance sessions every 1–2 years. Your doctor determines the schedule individually.
When can I resume sexual activity?
Usually after 3–5 days; your doctor will give exact recommendations.
Will laser help with severe incontinence?
For severe cases and other types of incontinence (urge, mixed), a different approach applies — from conservative therapy to surgery. That's why treatment always starts with a consultation to clarify the diagnosis.
