Neurodegenerative Diseases: Multiple Sclerosis and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Neurodegenerative diseases are among the most challenging areas of medicine. We do not promise miracles: our goal is to slow progression, support nervous system function and quality of life, using the possibilities of biological and regenerative medicine.

Our approach

In multiple sclerosis, the process is driven by an autoimmune attack on the myelin sheaths of nerve fibers — so our expertise in immune modulation applies: efferent therapy, biological methods, individually tailored programs. In amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, the focus is on neuroprotection and supporting motor function.

The program is always designed individually after an expert review: study of the medical history, MRI findings and lab results. Part of the work-up can be done where the patient lives.

Honest expectations

We deliberately make no promises to "stop the disease forever." Realistic goals include slowing progression, reducing relapse frequency (in multiple sclerosis), supporting motor and cognitive function, and improving tolerance to baseline therapy. The doctor discusses the program's possibilities and limits with the patient and family before treatment begins.

Compatibility with baseline therapy

Our methods do not replace, but complement, the baseline therapy prescribed by a neurologist. All decisions to adjust it are made jointly with the patient's treating physician.

Questions & Answers

Do you treat multiple sclerosis instead of disease-modifying therapy (DMT)?
No. Disease-modifying drugs remain the foundation of MS treatment. Our methods work alongside them: immune modulation, restorative technologies, quality-of-life support.
Is it worth coming in at a late stage?
Assessment is individual. At later stages, the focus shifts to supporting function, preventing complications and quality of life — and there is still something we can offer.
How does the initial expert review work?
You send us discharge summaries, MRI scans and lab results (can be done remotely). The doctor reviews the materials, orders further tests where you live if needed, and provides a conclusion with a realistic assessment of the prospects.
Do you work with other neurodegenerative diagnoses?
Yes, the possibility of inclusion in the program for other neurodegenerative conditions is considered individually after document review.
