Gynecological Check-Up and Diagnostics: Consultations, Ultrasound, Cytology

A regular gynecological exam is the most reliable way to catch a problem at the stage where addressing it takes the least time and cost. We've combined the essential examinations into one convenient visit.

What the check-up includes

The comprehensive gynecological check-up includes a doctor's consultation, cervical cytology and pelvic ultrasound — three examinations covering the main risks to women's health, in a single 45-minute visit.

Liquid-based cytology is a modern method for cervical cancer screening: cells are placed in a stabilizing solution, improving sample quality and diagnostic accuracy compared with the classic glass-slide smear. Vaginal discharge culture precisely identifies the causative organism of inflammation and its sensitivity to medications — so treatment is targeted, not guesswork.

Specialized consultations

In addition to an obstetrician-gynecologist, the clinic offers a gynecologist-endocrinologist — a doctor working at the intersection of gynecology and hormonal regulation: menstrual cycle disorders, PCOS, menopause, preparation for hormone therapy. Weight-correction and pellet-selection consultations are also available, and for patients from other cities and countries — online consultations.

Questions & Answers

How often should I have a gynecological check-up?
Once a year if there are no complaints. With risk factors, hormone therapy, or previous abnormal results, your doctor may recommend a different schedule.
Why is liquid-based cytology better than a conventional smear?
The method produces a higher-quality cell sample: fewer artifacts, higher detection rate for abnormalities, and additional tests can be run from the same sample if needed. Conventional glass-slide cytology is also available as a more affordable option.
How should I prepare for the visit?
Avoid intercourse, vaginal products and douching for 48 hours beforehand; the best timing is outside your period. You'll receive a detailed guide when you book.
Can everything be done in one visit?
Yes, that's exactly what the check-up is designed for: consultation, cytology sampling and ultrasound all fit within 45 minutes.
