Post-Stroke and Post-Injury Rehabilitation: Restoring Function and a Full Life

Recovery after a stroke, traumatic brain injury or spinal injury is a marathon in which it's critical not to lose time and to use every resource the nervous system has. We combine classical rehabilitation with regenerative medicine methods.

Why a comprehensive approach matters

Neuroplasticity — the brain's ability to rewire its connections — works better the more fully the basic conditions are provided: blood supply, metabolism, hormonal regulation, sleep. So our program is not limited to exercises: we restore the "foundation" on which rehabilitation is built.

Regenerative medicine methods support the recovery of damaged nervous system tissue and reduce the consequences of a vascular event or injury.

How the program is built

The expert review starts with studying discharge summaries, imaging and the patient's current condition — these materials can be shared remotely. Then an individual plan is designed: stages, methods, expected recovery milestones. Procedures take place at the clinic; between courses, the patient follows the home program with remote support.

Realistic goals

The extent of recovery depends on the location and extent of the damage, the time elapsed since the event, and the patient's general condition. We set goals honestly and step by step: from improving motor function and speech to regaining everyday independence and the ability to work.

Questions & Answers

How long after a stroke can recovery still happen?
The fastest recovery occurs within the first year, but improvement is possible later too — especially with methods that expand the resources of neuroplasticity. Prospects are assessed individually.
Can I start with a remote consultation?
Yes. Send us your discharge summaries and imaging — the doctor will conduct an expert review, design a plan and a list of further tests to be done where you live. You come to the clinic for the procedures.
Do you work with bedridden patients?
Feasibility and program format for patients with limited mobility are determined after reviewing the documents and consulting with family members.
What is required from the family?
Consistency with the home program and patience. We teach relatives basic techniques and support the family at every stage.
