Vitalia's practical background includes work as a midwife, and practice in gynecology and dermatovenereology at a dermatology and STI clinic — this multi-year clinical foundation shaped her modern, comprehensive approach. Regenerative medicine and Muse cells

How can a doctor help remotely / online? ▾
Remotely, we can make a treatment decision: study your case in depth based on the results of tests and examinations you complete where you live (following our list, or those you already have), establish the diagnosis, independently review previously prescribed treatment and draw up a therapy plan. The medical procedures themselves take place at our clinic — you arrive with a ready plan, without unnecessary visits.
How does the two-stage consultation work? ▾
Stage 1 — in-depth study: detailed history-taking, analysis of existing examinations, and prescribing any missing ones if needed. Stage 2 — expert conclusion: diagnosis, independent assessment of previously prescribed treatment and a concrete plan to solve the problem, with author supervision of innovative treatment methods.
Why is the consultation paid, and how long does it last? ▾
You pay for our knowledge and the experts' time. It is impossible to untangle the cause-and-effect chain of complaints in a 15-minute conversation — that is why our consultation is not limited by minutes, while its price is fixed and transparent. We do not profit from tests or diagnostics.
Do I need to come to the clinic for the examination? ▾
No. We are ready to work with the examination results you already have, and any missing tests can be completed where you live — we will provide a precise list. You come to the clinic for the procedures, with a ready treatment plan.
Do you guarantee confidentiality? ▾
Yes. From the very first contact, the patient receives full confidentiality commitments from the Institute. We guarantee protection of personal and medical data, and complete anonymity on request.
Do you accept all patients? ▾
No. We do not take on "everyone": at the initial examination stage there are clear contraindications for regenerative techniques (malignant processes, transplanted organs, epilepsy and others). If we cannot help, or could cause harm — we will say so honestly.
